DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all six required elements:
Identification of Copyrighted Work
Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, provide a representative list.
Identification of Infringing Material
Identify the material claimed to be infringing with sufficient detail to locate it (include specific URLs).
Your Contact Information
Provide your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement

Accuracy Statement

Repeat Infringer Policy
